English translation
Every morning should start exactly with this baked apple crumble.
Let's face it, stuffed baked apples or generally baked apples are only made at Christmas time. At least that's the case with me. What on the one hand should preserve the tradition that connects this dish with Christmas, but on the other hand 11 months no baked apple would be terrible.
For this reason, today there is a simplified form of the baked apple. In this dish it is cut in half, cut open faced, placed in a baking dish and baked. That's it!
Naturally homemade crumble should not be missed as a topping. Meanwhile, I have developed a great love for Granola and just about the best healthy Crumbles. This will definitely not be the last recipe!
What should not be missing at the end, exactly ice cream!I had or have in the summer (like most likely) an absolute ice cream phase, every morning there is so-called banana ice cream for breakfast. As the name implies, it consists only of frozen bananas and a sip of water or plant based milk. So easy, but mmh delicious I tell you! If you have not tried it, you should freeze some bananas.
So while the crumble is baking golden brown, add a few bananas in the blender to puree ice cream and then enjoy crumble on the still warm apple.
The dish can also be wonderfully prepared on the weekend and brought on Sunday for brunch (then of course without ice cream!)
